Neopolitan

Character from Volume 8 by Rooster Teeth

A mute assassin driven by grief for Roman Torchwick — Neo fights Ruby across Atlas, silent and relentless, and falls into the void alongside the team.

Neo has one purpose and it hasn't changed: kill Ruby Rose. Roman Torchwick is dead and Ruby was there when it happened, and Neo has compressed her entire emotional landscape into a single point of vengeance. She allied with Cinder because Cinder offered a path to Ruby. She fights in Atlas because Ruby is in Atlas. Everything else — the war, the Relics, the fate of kingdoms — is background noise. She is still one of the most technically skilled fighters in the series. Her Overactive Imagination Semblance creates physical illusions — false copies of herself, full disguises, shattering mirror effects. Combined with her acrobatic combat style and parasol-blade, she can dismantle opponents who outclass her in raw power through deception and precision. She does not speak. She communicates through violence and theatrical expression, and her silence in a volume full of people screaming makes her feel like a ghost haunting the margins. She falls into the void alongside the team at the end — not because she chose to, but because the portal catches everyone and Neo's fixation on Ruby put her exactly where the fall happens.
