Harbinger is a weapon that refuses to be just one thing, much like Qrow himself. Its primary form is a massive greatsword; the blade extends and curves into a war scythe for devastating sweeping attacks; and a shotgun built into the hilt provides ranged firepower. Qrow switches between forms fluidly in combat. In Volume 7, Harbinger becomes a murder weapon — used by Tyrian to kill Clover, deliberately framing Qrow. The weapon that defined Qrow's identity as a Huntsman becomes evidence against him.
