Crocea Mors was a simple sword and collapsible shield passed down through the Arc family — no gun mode, no transformation sequence, nothing fancy. After Pyrrha's death, Jaune reforged it. The shield now expands into a great shield incorporating metal from Pyrrha's headpiece and armor, and the sword has been broadened and strengthened. It is the most meaningful weapon in the series — an heirloom that became a memorial that became a tool for protecting the people Pyrrha would have wanted protected.
