She can disguise herself as anyone, create phantom copies, and shatter an illusion like glass to distract opponents. She's working with Cinder now, but the alliance is transactional. Neo wants Ruby dead — revenge for Roman Torchwick, the only person she ever cared about. Cinder wants Maiden powers. Their goals overlap enough to cooperate, but Neo's loyalty extends exactly as far as the deal. In Atlas she serves as Cinder's disguise — projecting false appearances over both of them as they move through the kingdom. She is patient, lethal, and entirely willing to betray Cinder the moment it stops being useful.
