Menagerie is where Blake went when she ran, and where she stopped running. The Faunus homeland — a small continent of tropical jungle and the overcrowded settlement of Kuo Kuana — was where Blake rallied the Faunus militia that turned the tide at Haven. Her parents Ghira and Kali Belladonna supported her, and the community that had been manipulated by Adam's White Fang chose a different path. Blake left Menagerie stronger than she arrived. The experience proved she could lead, could inspire, could fight for something rather than just against something. It's referenced in Volume 6 as part of Blake's arc — the home she chose to protect and the people who chose to follow her.
