Character from Volume 6 by Rooster Teeth
The silent assassin returns. Neo has been found by Cinder and recruited with a simple promise: help with the Relic, and Ruby Rose dies.
Neo has been grieving Roman Torchwick in her own silent, murderous way. He's dead because of Beacon, because of Ruby Rose, and Neo's grief has condensed into a single focused intent: kill the girl with the scythe. She communicates through gestures, expressions, and violence, and she has not spoken a word about any of this because she never speaks. Cinder found her and offered a deal. Neo doesn't care about Salem, doesn't care about Relics, doesn't care about the fate of the world. She cares about Roman, who is dead, and Ruby, who isn't yet. The alliance with Cinder is purely transactional — Neo helps find the Relic, Cinder helps deliver Ruby. If Cinder tries to double-cross her, Neo will kill her without changing expression. Her Semblance, Overactive Imagination, creates physical illusions — false copies, full disguises, shattering mirror effects. Combined with her acrobatic combat style, she is one of the most dangerous fighters in Remnant, and she is now pointed directly at Ruby's group.
Tiny — barely five feet — with a doll-like face. Hair split half pink and half brown with white streaks. Heterochromatic eyes that change between pink, brown, and white. Wears a white jacket over a brown corset, pink pants, and heeled boots. Fights with a parasol that conceals a hidden blade.
