Tyrian is referenced in Volume 5 rather than actively present — he's recovering from the tail Ruby cut off during their fight on the road to Mistral. The loss broke something in him that was already barely holding together. His devotion to Salem is absolute and religious in intensity, and failing her by losing to a girl with silver eyes is a wound deeper than the physical one. Somewhere, Watts is building him a new tail. Somewhere, Tyrian is practicing with it. The grudge against Ruby is personal now.
Wiry and unsettling with wild braided brown hair, yellow eyes with slitted pupils, and a grin that never reaches the sane parts of his brain. Wears a white and grey outfit with a brown harness. His scorpion tail — his Faunus trait — was severed by Ruby's Crescent Rose. He is being fitted with a mechanical replacement.
