Tyrian is what happens when absolute devotion meets absolute instability. He serves Salem with a religious fervor that goes beyond loyalty into worship — her approval is his oxygen, her displeasure his damnation. When she sends him to capture Ruby Rose, he treats it as a sacred mission, and the joy he takes in violence along the way is genuine and disturbing. He intercepts Team RNJR on the road through Anima and attacks with a ferocity that overwhelms all four of them. He fights with twin wrist blades and his scorpion tail in a rapid, acrobatic style that borders on dance — giggling, taunting, treating the life-or-death struggle as entertainment. Qrow intervenes, and the fight escalates into one of the most brutal one-on-one battles in the series. Tyrian manages to sting Qrow with his venom-laden tail before Ruby severs the stinger with a sniper shot. He retreats in agony — the loss of his tail sends him into a screaming breakdown, weeping not from pain but from the knowledge that he failed Salem. His devotion is the terrifying thing, not his skill: Tyrian would burn the world if she asked, and smile while it fell.
Wiry and unsettling with wild dark brown hair tied in a long braid, gold eyes with vertical slit pupils, and a grin that never quite matches what's happening. Wears a brown and grey leather outfit with armor plating. His Faunus trait is a segmented scorpion tail extending from his lower back — dark brown with a venomous stinger, fully prehensile and used as a weapon. His movements are twitchy and predatory, like a spider deciding which fly to eat first.
