The Emerald Forest stretches for miles along the cliffs below Beacon, dense with towering trees and the ruins of civilizations older than the kingdoms. It was the proving ground where Teams RWBY and JNPR formed during initiation. Now, during the Fall, the Grimm nesting in its depths — Beowolves, Ursai, Death Stalkers, King Taijitu — will surge toward the campus, drawn by the tsunami of fear and despair from tens of thousands of panicking people.
A vast, ancient forest stretching below the cliffs of Beacon Academy, dense with towering emerald-canopied trees, moss-covered ruins, and winding streams. Home to multiple Grimm species nesting in the undergrowth.
