Neptune is Sun's partner and the self-appointed cool guy of their Haven team. He flirts with Weiss, maintains his hair in combat, and has a crippling fear of water that he refuses to acknowledge. He's a competent fighter with a weapon that channels electricity through its trident tines, though he'd rather talk his way out of trouble than into it. At the Vytal Festival he's competing alongside Sun, enjoying the attention of being a visiting fighter, and trying to maintain his image while the world gets increasingly dangerous around him.
Tall with styled blue hair swept to one side, dark blue eyes, and a face set in a permanent 'too cool for this' expression. Wears a white dress shirt with a loosened red tie, a grey vest, dark pants, and red-framed goggles on his forehead. Carries a guandao that shifts into a trident and a rifle.
