Neopolitan

Character from Volume 3 by Rooster Teeth

Roman Torchwick's silent partner — a diminutive, mute woman with heterochromatic eyes, a parasol blade, and an illusion Semblance that makes her impossible to pin down.

Neo doesn't speak. Whether she can't or won't is unclear, but communication happens through expression, gesture, and the business end of her parasol. She is Roman's most loyal associate — the one person he trusts completely — and her combat ability far exceeds what her size suggests. She fought Yang one-on-one in Volume 2 and won decisively, dismantling Yang's aggressive style with speed, prediction, and illusions that left Yang swinging at air. She's somewhere near Beacon during the festival, waiting for Cinder's signal to free Roman and begin their part of the assault. Her Semblance, Overactive Imagination, creates visual and physical illusions — mirror images, false appearances, environmental disguises. Combined with her speed and blade work, she is an assassination-caliber combatant wrapped in an ice cream aesthetic.

Appearance

Tiny — barely five feet — with half-brown, half-pink hair, heterochromatic eyes (one brown, one pink with white streaks), and a porcelain doll's face set in a perpetual smirk. Wears a white jacket over a brown corset, pink pants, and white boots with neapolitan color accents. Her parasol conceals a thin blade and serves as both weapon and shield. Her appearance can shift entirely through her Semblance — she can look like anyone.
