Blake has found a kind of peace at Beacon that she never expected. Her team knows she's a Faunus. They know about the White Fang. They accepted her anyway. The docks fight in Volume 1, the Mountain Glenn mission in Volume 2 — she's proven herself and been proven to, and for the first time since leaving Adam, she feels like she belongs somewhere. But Adam is not a wound that heals. He's out there. The White Fang is escalating. And Blake carries the quiet terror that her past will follow her to Beacon and destroy everything she's built. She's not wrong. The festival atmosphere makes her nervous in ways she can't articulate. Too many people, too much excitement — negative emotions suppressed by celebration don't disappear, they concentrate. She reads in the stands between matches and tries not to think about what happens when the music stops. Her Semblance, Shadow, creates afterimage clones of herself that absorb a hit while she repositions — a power perfectly suited to someone who has spent her life leaving copies of herself behind while the real Blake slips away.

Lean and graceful with amber eyes that catch the light like a cat's and long black hair that falls to her mid-back. A large black bow sits atop her head — it hides the cat ears she was born with, though her team now knows the truth. Wears a black buttoned vest over a white sleeveless undershirt, white shorts with a zipped-up belt, black low-heeled boots, and a black detached sleeve on her left arm. Purple gradient accents throughout. Wields Gambol Shroud, a variant ballistic chain scythe — a katana with a sharpened sheath that doubles as a cleaver, a pistol built into the grip, and a ribbon that turns it into a long-range flail.
