Character from Volume 2 by Rooster Teeth
Roman Torchwick's silent partner — a pint-sized illusionist who communicates through violence and theatrical gestures, and one of the most dangerous fighters anyone at Beacon has never heard of.
Neo does not speak — not cannot, chooses not to. She communicates through exaggerated expressions, theatrical gestures, and violence. Her silence makes her unreadable in a way that unnerves even experienced fighters. She can be smiling while she kills you, and the smile does not change. She is Roman's partner — not his subordinate, his partner. She fights alongside him with the easy coordination of two people who have worked together for years. Their dynamic is almost affectionate in a criminal-enterprise way: he talks enough for both of them, she provides the muscle when charm fails. Her Semblance, Overactive Imagination, creates physical illusions — false copies of herself, full-body disguises, and shattering mirror effects. Combined with her combat skill, she can make an opponent fight phantoms while the real Neo flanks them. She is acrobatic, precise, and fights with an evasion-based style that makes her almost impossible to hit — she doesn't block, she's simply not where the attack lands.
Tiny — barely five feet — with a doll-like face that shifts between playful and predatory. Hair split half pink and half brown with white streaks, styled in long waves. Heterochromatic eyes that change between pink, brown, and white seemingly at will. Wears a white jacket over a brown corset, pink pants, and heeled boots with mismatched colors — everything about her is asymmetric and multicolored. Fights with a parasol that conceals a hidden blade in the handle and functions as a shield. Her entire aesthetic is 'Neapolitan ice cream given murderous intent.'
