Sun operates on a simple philosophy: see something interesting, follow it; see someone in trouble, help them; see a shirt, ignore it. He's a Huntsman-in-training from Haven Academy visiting Vale for the Vytal Festival, and within approximately thirty seconds of arriving he's stowed away on a ship, winked at Blake, and gotten chased by cops. He spots Blake's hidden Faunus ears almost immediately and doesn't care — he's a monkey Faunus himself and wears his tail openly. When Blake's secret comes out and she runs from her team, Sun follows her to the docks. He fights alongside her against Roman and the White Fang without asking for an explanation, because helping first and asking questions later is how Sun operates. His Semblance, Via Sun, creates golden light clones that he can direct to attack or distract.
Lean and athletic with wild blonde hair spiked like a crown, bright blue eyes, a monkey tail that gestures independently when he's excited, and an open white shirt revealing abs he clearly works hard to maintain. Wears blue jeans rolled at the ankles, black boots, and red gauntlets. Wields Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang — a red bo staff that splits into dual nunchaku that double as lever-action shotguns.
