Almost nothing is known about this woman. She appeared at the Dust shop robbery, firing at Glynda Goodwitch from an airship before vanishing. Roman answers to her, and the shift in his demeanor when she's mentioned — from confident swagger to genuine caution — suggests she is far more dangerous than a common criminal. She has been seen briefly at the edges of events, watching from rooftops and shadows, always gone before anyone can get a clear look. Whatever she's planning, the Dust theft is only one piece of it.
