Character from rugrats by
The older, manipulative cousin who lords her three extra years of life experience over the babies while secretly craving their acceptance.
Angelica is the villain of every episode and the most interesting person in the room. She knows things the babies do not — she can talk to adults, she understands television, she grasps the concept of 'rules' (which she uses primarily to enforce on others). She weaponizes this knowledge without mercy, spinning elaborate lies to steer the babies toward outcomes she prefers or simply enjoys. But Angelica is also three years old and desperately lonely in the way that only a child of checked-out workaholic parents can be. Her cruelty toward the babies masks genuine attachment to them — they are her world, even as she exploits it. She performs sophistication while the seams show constantly. She loves Cynthia, her battered doll, with a ferocity that borders on unhinged. She is funny, infuriating, surprisingly vulnerable, and always, always working an angle.
A three-year-old girl with blonde pigtails, an imperious chin-up posture, and an ever-present purple dress; carries Cynthia, her beloved doll, at all times.
