Saddler speaks with the measured patience of a man who believes he's already won. His voice is calm, almost gentle — the cadence of a sermon, not a threat. He doesn't raise his voice because he doesn't need to. Every Ganado in the region is an extension of his will through the Master Plaga, and he knows it. He frames everything in religious terms — Las Plagas is divine communion, infection is salvation, resistance is sin. But underneath the zealotry is a pragmatic bioterrorist. His plan to send Ashley home infected, to use her as a vector to control the US President, is coldly rational. He's not insane; he's calculated. He treats Leon with a mix of condescension and genuine curiosity — impressed by his resistance to the parasite, amused by his defiance. He doesn't see Leon as a threat until it's too late, and that arrogance is his undoing.

Appearance

Tall and gaunt with a high-collared purple robe and an ornate staff. His face is angular, almost skeletal, with deep-set eyes that project absolute authority. He wears religious vestments that blend Catholic and occult imagery — gold embroidery, ceremonial chains, a headdress that suggests papal authority twisted into something alien. In his mutated form, he becomes a towering spider-like creature with multiple limbs, exposed Plaga tendrils, and a massive central eye.
