London

Location from Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

London — Henry's home city, where the British royal family's world is rooted and where Alex begins to feel unexpectedly comfortable.

Henry's city — and increasingly, a place Alex knows better than he expected to. London in the novel is mostly experienced through the lens of the royal family's footprint: the palace, the official engagements, the specific weight of English formality that Alex initially finds stifling and comes to find, reluctantly, charming. The city itself is old in ways Washington isn't, with all the confidence and occasionally the stubbornness that comes with that.
