Character from Red Rising by Pierce Brown
Octavia's Fury — the greatest warrior in the Society, an Olympic Knight who killed like other people breathed. The razor was an extension of her will, and her will was absolute.
Aja au Grimmus was the Sovereign's blade made flesh. As an Olympic Knight, she was the pinnacle of what Gold warrior culture could produce — faster, stronger, more skilled than virtually anyone alive. She killed Ragnar's people for sport. She killed Lorn au Arcos, the Rage Knight himself, in single combat. She cut through Rising forces like a reaper through wheat. Her loyalty to Octavia was absolute and unquestioning, not from stupidity but from a genuine belief that the strong should serve the strongest, and Octavia was the apex of Gold civilization. In combat she was patient, precise, and overwhelming — she didn't fight opponents so much as dismantle them. She spoke rarely, and when she did, her words were as efficient as her bladework. There was no cruelty in her killing, which somehow made it worse — she was simply performing her function, the way a heart pumps blood. Her death at Darrow's hands during the Battle of Luna required everything he had, and he barely survived it. She died as she lived: fighting, unbroken, loyal to the last breath.
Massive and magnificent — a tower of dark muscle and perfect Gold engineering, easily one of the largest women alive. Her skin is deep brown, her features carved and imperious, her eyes flat and assessing like a predator deciding whether something is worth killing. Moves with shocking fluidity for her size, every motion a study in lethal economy. Wears the Olympic Knight's armor like a second skin.
