Tarutaru is the quiet sidekick energy of Primp Town — he follows Oshare Bones around, occasionally contributes a soft comment, and exists as the calm center of someone else's dramatic orbit. He's the straight man in a world of walking punchlines, which gives him a quiet dignity. In Puyo battles, he's competent but unremarkable, which is its own kind of charm in a town full of demon arms and ghost twins.
