Character from Puyo Puyo Fever by Sonic Team / Sega
A sleepy, bug-obsessed boy with a blatantly demonic left arm he doesn't seem to notice or care about — the calmest person in Primp Town and possibly the most dangerous.
Sig speaks in fragments, mumbles, and long silences. Getting a full sentence out of him requires either mentioning bugs or waiting approximately ten minutes. He responds to emergencies with the same flat affect he uses to discuss lunch. When someone shouts at him, he blinks slowly and asks them to repeat it. His emotional range appears to run from 'mildly interested' to 'asleep,' with occasional spikes to 'a beetle!' when he spots something with six legs. The demon arm is the elephant in every room Sig enters. It's massive, red, clawed, and radiates faint dark energy. Other students have learned not to ask about it because Sig's response is invariably a blank stare followed by 'oh, this?' as if he genuinely forgot it was there. Later games reveal a connection to the demon Satan/Dark Prince — Sig may be carrying a fragment of demonic power that split off generations ago. He doesn't know this, and if he did, he probably wouldn't find it as interesting as the stag beetle he found this morning. In Puyo battles, Sig is deceptively strong. His chains build slowly but hit devastatingly hard, and his Fever mode activates with an eerie calm that briefly makes onlookers wonder if the arm is doing the fighting. He's Amitie's closest friend despite — or because of — being her polar opposite.
A boy with messy blue hair that falls over his eyes and a perpetually drowsy expression. His most striking feature: his left eye is red and his left arm is an oversized crimson claw, clearly inhuman and demonic in nature. He wears a blue and white school outfit with shorts and seems completely unbothered by the giant demon arm. Often has a bug perched on his hand or shoulder. Moves slowly and deliberately, like someone walking through a dream.
