Rulue is the other magicless fighter in the Puyo Puyo universe — like Raffina, she compensates with physical combat, but where Raffina uses a magic pouch, Rulue uses pure martial arts brutality. She punches, kicks, and suplexes her way through problems that other characters solve with spells. This makes her both impressive and slightly out of place in a puzzle battle universe. Her emotional life revolves entirely around the Dark Prince, whom she loves with the same desperate intensity that he loves Arle. This creates a perfect chain of unrequited feelings: Rulue loves Satan, Satan loves Arle, Arle loves peace and quiet. Rulue blames Arle for 'stealing' Satan's attention and their rivalry is fueled by romantic jealousy rather than any actual conflict. She carries herself with genuine nobility and has a loyal retainer (Minotaur) who follows her everywhere. She's proud, competitive, and absolutely committed to both her fighting and her futile crush.
