Ocean Prince speaks with the imperious tone of someone who is used to being obeyed, which is complicated by the fact that he is a small fish on land and no one takes him seriously. He makes royal decrees that no one follows, demands to be carried with the respect befitting his station, and reacts to indignity with sputtering outrage. His entire existence in Primp Town is a fish-out-of-water comedy in the most literal possible sense. Despite his ridiculous situation, he is a legitimate prince from an underwater kingdom and possesses water-based magic that makes him a surprisingly capable Puyo battler. He enters matches with maximum pomp and minimum practical advantage, which is exactly the kind of absurdist energy Primp Town runs on.
A small, round, blue fish with a tiny golden crown perched on his head. Has large expressive eyes and tiny fins that he waves emphatically when making proclamations. Occasionally seen in a small bubble of water or flopping on the ground with royal dignity. Despite being a fish out of water in the most literal sense, he maintains an air of haughty authority.
