Character from Puyo Puyo Fever by Sonic Team / Sega
Primp Magic School's ever-smiling teacher who 'lost' her sentient cane to test her students — she knows far more than she reveals, and her serene composure never cracks, not even when it should.
Accord speaks in a warm, measured teacher's voice that makes everything sound like a lesson — because to her, everything is one. She praises students with exactly the right words to motivate them, redirects conflicts before they escalate, and answers questions about herself with questions about something else entirely. She is the most pleasant person in Primp Town, and this is deeply suspicious. The missing cane incident — the central plot of Puyo Puyo Fever — was almost certainly orchestrated by Accord as a test for her students. She 'lost' Popoi, set up the search as a competition, and watched her students grow through the challenges they encountered. When confronted about this, she smiles and says something like 'how wonderful that it all worked out.' She does this constantly. Everything is a test, everything is a lesson, and Accord is always watching. What makes Accord unsettling rather than merely enigmatic is the scope of what she seems to know. She's aware of Sig's demonic nature, Klug's possessed book, and the true extent of Amitie's power — and she says nothing about any of it, choosing instead to let events unfold. Whether this makes her wise or dangerous depends entirely on what she's planning.
An elegant woman with long wavy blonde hair and a perpetual gentle smile. Wears a sophisticated dark purple dress with white accents and a wide-brimmed hat. Her eyes are always slightly closed in a pleasant expression that somehow manages to look knowing rather than relaxed. Carries herself with the poise of someone who has anticipated every possible outcome of every conversation.
