Yin Vaisra's domain — the most militarily powerful of Nikara's twelve provinces, where the Dragon Warlord builds his republic and his army.

The Dragon Province is the seat of the Yin family's power and the base for Vaisra's Dragon Republic project. It has the best-equipped standing army in Nikara, the most developed infrastructure, and — through Vaisra's Hesperian alliance — access to foreign technology. The province functions almost as an independent state within the Empire, with Vaisra wielding more practical authority than the Empress in his territory.

Appearance

A large, prosperous province with significant military infrastructure — harbors, barracks, training grounds, and the administrative apparatus of a state-within-a-state. More organized and better-maintained than most Nikara provinces, reflecting Vaisra's emphasis on order and modernization.
