After that it becomes a recurring reference point: the town where the arc's ideological war was first declared in public. Small, sleepy, but historically weighted.
A terraced town on a hillside, stone-paved main square with a raised stage bandstand in the center. Red-tile rooftops, narrow steps, a big oak in the square. The stage is usually empty; when Team Plasma takes it, the whole town gathers.
