A mining city in western Sinnoh — home of the first Gym Leader Roark, built around an active open-pit mine that supplies the region's fossils and minerals.
Oreburgh works for a living. Mining is the primary industry, fossil research is the secondary, and Gym challenges are a distant third. Roark runs the Gym between shifts. Byron was the Gym Leader before him, decades ago, before he moved north to Canalave.
