A small ancient settlement in central Sinnoh — the region's oldest town, guardian of the Celestic Ruins that record the Creation Trio's myths.
Celestic is small enough that everyone knows Professor Carolina — Cynthia's grandmother — and by extension knows Cynthia herself. The ruins beneath the town hold murals of Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina that Cyrus spent years trying to access. During the Galactic crisis, Celestic becomes a natural rallying point.
