Cyrus's universe-remaking tool — a chain forged from the captured essence of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf that can bind the Creation Trio to a user's will.

The Red Chain is the only artifact that can compel Dialga and Palkia simultaneously. Cyrus spent years refining the extraction process — the Galactic Bomb at Lake Valor was the final step. With the Chain, the Adamant Orb, and the Lustrous Orb, he summons both gods to Spear Pillar and forces them into his service. The Chain shatters during the confrontation when the lake guardians' essence is freed.

Appearance

A slender chain of interlocking red-crystal links that glows from within. Each link contains compressed essence from one of the Lake Guardians. Light in the hand, but the air around it thickens. Hums at a pitch just below hearing.
