The Temporal Pokémon — the steel-blue god of time, half of Sinnoh's Creation Duo, summoned to Spear Pillar against its will to power Cyrus's universe-remaking plan.

Dialga governs time. Where it walks, seconds can stop or stretch. Palkia is its eternal counterpart — they do not share territory, which is why Cyrus's plan required binding both. At Spear Pillar, freshly summoned, it fights Palkia before Ash, Dawn, and Cynthia's intervention redirects both gods against their captor. It returns to its own realm after Giratina drags Cyrus into the Distortion World.

Appearance

A massive quadrupedal Pokémon of blue-grey steel with a diamond-shaped gem in its chest, dorsal fins, and a long crested head. Roars shake the air like sheet metal bending. Eyes burn with slow, deliberate intelligence. Larger than a building.
