Charon is the Galactic Commander who doesn't share Cyrus's philosophy. He is here for the artifacts, the research, and the money. After Cyrus disappears into the Distortion World, Charon attempts to take over Team Galactic and awaken Regigigas at Snowpoint Temple. Ash, Dawn, and Brock stop him. He goes to jail.

Appearance

Sixties, short stature, grey-green hair combed back, round black-framed glasses, lab coat over Galactic bodysuit. Clutches a tablet constantly. Smiles only when counting.
