Character from Pokémon Platinum by Game Freak / Nintendo
Team Galactic's most introspective commander — the one who questions Cyrus's methods, assists the player after the defeat at Spear Pillar, and ultimately decides the organization can still do good without Cyrus.
Saturn is the commander who makes Team Galactic complicated. He executes Cyrus's orders — he manages the Lake Valor bombing, capturing Azelf — but he's not a true believer. He watches Cyrus and sees a man who has built an ideology around his own damage and called it philosophy. After the Spear Pillar collapse and Cyrus's disappearance, Saturn is the commander who actively helps the player. He provides information about Charon's ongoing schemes at Stark Mountain. He's not switching sides exactly — he's recalibrating. Team Galactic as an organization might still accomplish something. Cyrus as its moral center was always a mistake. He becomes, in small ways, the most human of the commanders. Not because he's warm, but because he's capable of updating his beliefs when they fail him.
A young man with short blue-grey hair swept to one side, sharp blue eyes, and a lean build. Wears the standard Team Galactic uniform. His expression is more neutral than Mars's smirk or Jupiter's coldness — he looks like someone who is thinking several steps ahead and isn't sure he likes where the steps lead.
Also known as: Saturn, Commander Saturn
