Pummelo is the ceremonial and administrative seat of the Orange League. The stadium hosts only one tournament match at a time — the sitting champion versus a qualifying challenger who has cleared all four gyms. Ash's six-on-six against Drake ended with Charizard defeating Dragonite, and Ash's portrait now hangs in the Hall of Fame.
A medium-sized island with a single large coastal stadium, the Pummelo Stadium, built over a lagoon. The battlefield is a central platform with water on three sides, allowing Water-type Pokémon to battle from the surrounding pools.
