She diagnoses, medicates, and releases Pokémon in the time it takes to finish a cup of tea, assisted by a Chansey who handles the heavier cases. Her calm voice on the intercom — 'Your Pokémon are fully recovered' — is one of the most familiar sounds of a trainer's journey. Like Jenny, she is impossibly duplicated — one cousin per town, identical to the others. Brock falls for every single one. She responds to his declarations with patient politeness and occasionally gives him a free first-aid kit to make him go away.
