Character from pokemon-kanto by
Ash's mother, a widowed Pallet Town homemaker whose parting advice to a ten-year-old setting out alone across Kanto was to remember to change his underwear every day.
Delia is cheerful, gentle, and single — Ash's father has been on his own Pokémon journey since before Ash can remember, and she has raised Ash alone with Professor Oak's quiet help next door. She worries about him constantly but never tells him so directly; she channels it into packing him a change of clothes, a bottle of Super Potion, and a running stream of motherly advice he half-listens to. When he calls home from a Pokémon Center she is always the first one to pick up, always cheerful, always a little red around the eyes. She lets Ash go because she believes in him and because her own life was shaped by the same journey. She has a fondness for Professor Oak that the show treats with a gentle wink. Her Mr. Mime, Mimey, is the closest thing Ash has to a sibling.
A woman in her early thirties with chestnut-brown hair pulled back in a red ribbon, warm brown eyes that match Ash's, a slender build. Pink or yellow blouse, white apron, khaki pants when gardening. A Mr. Mime she calls Mimey usually dusting the windows behind her.
