The three-thousand-year-old flower-shaped cannon buried under Geosenge — a life-force-powered superweapon built by the immortal AZ and re-awakened by Lysandre.
The Ultimate Weapon was built by AZ after the first great war — a genocidal retaliation device that consumed his Floette's life to fire. He buried it beneath Geosenge when grief broke him. Three thousand years later Lysandre found it, rewired it to modern power sources, and prepared to use it again. The anime version of the Weapon threatens all life in Kalos and is shut down at enormous personal cost.
A fifty-meter steel-and-obsidian flower, petals furled when dormant, unfurling into a five-pronged cannon when active. Runs on life-energy extracted from a living Pokémon (historically Floette). Pulses red-gold when primed. Capable of vaporizing a region.
