Xerosic is the science-villain of Flare — the one who actually makes Lysandre's evil possible. He designed the machinery that drains Mega Evolution energy from captive Pokémon and feeds it into the Giant Rock and Ultimate Weapon. He tortures Chespie to get data. He's unpleasantly gleeful in his work. When defeated he tries to self-destruct the lab — Clemont and Bonnie stop him.
Mid-fifties, bald, red goggles over his eyes at all times, orange-red suit with black accents, Flare insignia. Carries a tablet.
