The Jessie-James-Meowth cell assigned to Kalos — freelance, usually comedic, briefly heroic during the Flare crisis.

This cell of Team Rocket has been on Pikachu's tail since Kanto. Their Kalos assignment is amorphous — Giovanni sent them 'to investigate Mega Evolution' and then stopped calling. They spend most of the arc scheming to steal Pikachu, losing, and scheming again. During the Giant Rock crisis they briefly help Ash. Meowth translates for everyone. Wobbuffet appears from Jessie's Poké Ball uninvited.

Appearance

Three uniformed Rocket agents operating a Meowth-shaped hot-air balloon over Kalos. Jessie in magenta, James in lavender, Meowth bipedal in between. Team Rocket R visible on every chest plate and balloon panel.
