Team Flare is not a gang — it's a philosophy club with a murder budget. Its five Scientist Admins (Xerosic, Celosia, Aliana, Bryony, Mable) run Labs, field ops, Giant Rock supervision, and Mega Evolution research. They are convinced, absolutely, that Lysandre is right. The rank-and-file grunts are harder to turn than most villain groups — they genuinely signed up for the apocalypse.
Red-and-black tailored suits, Flare insignia pin, red-goggled variants for the scientists, severe haircuts. Admin variants wear asymmetric skirts and gloves. All clean. All eerily polite.
