A small green Zygarde Core — 10% of an ancient order-keeping Pokémon — who hides in Bonnie's bag and calls itself nothing until she names it Puni-chan.

Squishy is an ancient guardian trapped in the form of a handful of jelly. It observes humanity quietly and judges. It attaches to Bonnie because she's the only person who treats it as a friend rather than an experiment. When Team Flare activates the Giant Rock, Squishy merges with Z-2 and then with the other Cores into 50% Zygarde and finally Complete Forme — a kaiju-sized god of Kalos. Even at 100%, it remembers Bonnie. At the end it leaves her and she lets it.

Appearance

Small, roughly fist-sized, dark green with a hexagonal red-and-black eye pattern. Jelly-like body that flops when carried. No visible mouth; 'speaks' by pulsing the eye pattern. Fits perfectly in Bonnie's cupped hands.

• Is a 10% Core of Zygarde, one of the legendary Order Pokémon of Kalos — not the full Pokémon but a sliver of it.
