Coumarine City's Grass-type Gym Leader — an elderly gardener whose Gym is a hanging-vine tree canopy high above the city.
Ramos is gentle, slow-spoken, and extremely hard to beat. He tends the city's gardens, raises Grass-type Pokémon from sprouts, and awards the Plant Badge to Trainers who prove patience as well as power. His Gogoat and Weepinbell move in perfect sync with each other. He served as a Gym Leader longer than most challengers have been alive.
Short, old, broad gray mustache and beard, olive coat, green pants, wide-brimmed straw hat, shepherd's crook. Always with dirt on his hands.
