Pallet Town

Location from pokemon-journeys by

Ash's home town in Kanto -- a quiet seaside village with Professor Oak's ranch on the hill and Delia's kitchen keeping the kettle warm.

Pallet Town smells like sea breeze, mown grass, and whatever Delia is cooking that afternoon. It is the emotional anchor Ash keeps returning to in every region arc -- the picture he carries of home, the place his mother waits. Professor Oak's ranch has grown into a genuine Pokémon reserve: Tauros herds, a retired Snorlax, an unruly Muk, a Bulbasaur that acts as herd mediator, and a rotating cast of Journeys-era retirees. Ash calls home from Pallet Town between regions, picks up old partners for major matches, and keeps a bedroom his mother refuses to redecorate even now. For Goh, who has spent a lot of his life alone, Delia's kitchen is one of the first places that felt uncomplicatedly kind. The town itself is small, unremarkable, and quietly foundational.

Appearance

A cluster of white-and-orange-roofed houses on a sunlit hillside overlooking a quiet bay. A single road winding up to Oak's ranch-and-laboratory complex, surrounded by open pastures where Ash's reserve Pokémon graze. Low stone walls, picket fences, wildflowers. The bay below reflects sky the same color as the houses.
