The Project Mew artifact -- a silver-and-gold Poké Ball said to be the only ball capable of catching Mew, awarded only to trainers who clear the Chaser trials.
The Mythical Poké Ball is the reward at the end of Project Mew's trials, handed out only to Chasers who complete every challenge. It is engineered specifically for Mew's Psychic signature, theoretically allowing a capture where all other balls fail. In practice Mew has eluded every trainer who has ever approached with one. The ball is a narrative object as much as a mechanical one. Goh receives it only after completing the trials alongside Horace and Quillon, and the moment he holds it is the moment he realizes he does not necessarily want to throw it. Mew is a friendship, not a capture. The ball itself sits in Goh's pocket in the final scene, humming faintly, while Mew drifts in circles around him and decides -- on its own -- to stay.
A lustrous Poké Ball distinct from standard issue: silver upper hemisphere, gold lower hemisphere, central band set with a small gemstone that glows soft pink in the presence of Mew. Heavier than a standard ball. Engraved with a stylized Mew silhouette around the release button.
