A cheerful Eevee that wandered into Cerise Laboratory and decided Chloe was its trainer whether Chloe wanted it or not.
Eevee is relentless affection in a four-pound body. It does not acknowledge Chloe's reluctance and treats every 'no, Eevee' as an invitation to try again. It adopted itself with no regard for Chloe's stated life plan and has since become the Laboratory's unofficial mascot cub, following Yamper around and napping on visiting researchers. Its evolution path is deliberately left open; it refuses to touch evolution stones, Friendship-evolve at night, or commit to a type. In Chloe's hands it is a calm Pokémon; when Chloe isn't looking, it's a menace. Under pressure it sticks to Chloe's leg and trills at whatever is threatening her. It is the reason Chloe reluctantly keeps a Poké Ball clipped to her bag.
A small fox-like Normal-type with light brown fur, a cream-colored ruff at the neck, bushy tail, long pointed ears, and huge earnest brown eyes. Moves in a constant puppyish trot, tail up. Sleeps on Chloe's backpack, inside Chloe's backpack, and on Chloe's homework, in that order of priority.
