A single silver-white feather from Lugia, the trophy of the Whirl Cup and the sign that the Diving Pokémon is watching its watcher.
The Silver Wing is Lugia's personal sign. It is the trophy of the Whirl Cup — awarded to the tournament's champion in each cycle — and is said to have been given to the Whirl Islands by Lugia itself a century ago. A trainer in possession of one can summon Lugia, in theory, although no one alive has done so successfully. It is one half of a matched pair with the Rainbow Wing; the two together are said to be the key to Ecruteak's deepest secrets.
A single long silver-white feather the length of a forearm, slightly iridescent with pale blue and lavender sheen when moved through light. The quill is the color of mother-of-pearl. Slightly cool to the touch, regardless of ambient temperature.
