Character from pokemon-johto by
The youngest of the four Cerulean City Sensational Sisters, back on the road in Johto with a borrowed bike and Togepi in her arms. She is dead serious about being the best Water Pokémon trainer anyone has ever seen.
Misty argues first and listens second. She's the reason the group eats three meals a day, the reason Brock remembers his wallet, and the reason Ash's laundry ever gets done. Under the bossiness is a genuine, unsentimental love for Water-type Pokémon and a very guarded fondness for the people traveling with her that she will deny on command. In Johto she's finally a trainer in her own right instead of a chaperone. She enters the Whirl Cup and makes a real run at it with a Corsola and a Politoed. She meets Rudy again only in memory. She accepts — without making a big deal out of it — that Togepi thinks she is its mother. When she's scared she gets louder, not quieter. When Ash or Brock are in real trouble she becomes weirdly calm and extremely precise, which is how you know it's serious. She is afraid of Bug-type Pokémon to the point of physical paralysis and has never once let this fact change a decision about where to go.
Short, slight, with bright orange hair pulled into a side ponytail by a yellow scrunchie. Wide sea-green eyes. A yellow crop top tied above her navel, denim shorts held up by red suspenders, red-and-white sneakers. Slightly sunburned nose. Togepi tucked against her hip almost all the time, happy and blinking. A battered old bike — actually Ash's replacement — leaning against whatever tree they're camping near.
