Character from pokemon-horizons by
The ancient adventurer Roy grew up hearing stories about — Liko's great-great-grandfather, master of Rayquaza, the first to tame the Six Heroes and find the paradise of Laqua.
Lucius exists in the present only as stories, portraits, and the echoes of the Six Ancient Poké Balls he left behind. He was, in his time, kind and brave and stubbornly determined. He met Rystal and her baby Terapagos 'Pagogo' when he saved them from poachers using his Rayquaza; he loved her, married her, had Layla with her; and he died protecting her from Gibeon's Laquium-driven rampage. The Ancient Poké Ball Roy opened is his. The pendant Liko carries is his bloodline's legacy.
A young man, vivid in old paintings and Scarlet-Book illustrations, with a light complexion, light-blue eyes strikingly like Liko's, and bright azure hair tied back in a long braid. Wears a blue-and-gold striped cape, a gold-buttoned brown tunic, tall brown boots, and black gloves with diamond-shaped appendages at the knuckles.
