The Rising Volt Tacklers' sworn enemies — an organization founded by Lucius, Rystal, and Gibeon a hundred years ago, now twisted by Laquium and run (briefly by Gibeon, then Spinel) to capture Terapagos and the Six Heroes.
The Explorers' original mission was benign — find the paradise of Laqua. A century of Gibeon's obsession, and now Spinel's ambition, has turned them into a Laquium-weaponizing organization willing to kidnap children for the artifacts they carry. Internally they are a mess: Amethio's small unit is loyal to him rather than to HQ, Coral follows Spinel only as long as it is interesting, and the Exceed corporate superstructure around the Explorers is itself compromised.
Agents wear sharp gray suits with a diamond-geometric logo on the left shoulder — the Explorers' mark, a stylized compass overlapping a Poké Ball. Their ships and armored transports run in purples and blacks with silver filigree. When they deploy Laquium, the air around their Pokémon takes on a sickly pink-green tint.
