The corporate front the Explorers operate through — a Pokémon research conglomerate that once employed Friede, currently employs Lucca, and is now chaired by Spinel.
Exceed looks like a normal, aggressively well-funded corporate research organization. Underneath it is the Explorers. The same people who fund Lucca's benign pendant research also fund Spinel's Laquium development; the same lab Friede once worked in is now building the containment rigs for the Six Heroes. Most Exceed employees do not know this. The few who do are compromised or dead.
Glass-and-steel research towers in multiple regions, dark logo with a forward-slanted arrow motif. Employees wear charcoal lab coats with silver trim. The corporate aesthetic is bank-meets-laboratory: deliberately cold, deliberately impressive.
