The mountaintop city on Ever Grande Island — home of the Hoenn League Conference, Victory Road, and the Pokémon League stadium where Ash places Top 8 and watches Tyson take the championship.
Ever Grande is a tournament city, designed and maintained for the annual Hoenn League Conference. Most of the year it's a quiet island retreat — a few dozen full-time residents, some tourists, a small Pokémon Center. During the League it explodes to a population of a hundred thousand, with trainers, spectators, journalists, and vendors. Ash, May, Max, and Brock arrive here at the end of Advanced Battle for his Hoenn League run. Victory Road, the cave system beneath the mountain, is where qualifying trainers do their final training before the Conference. It's dense with strong wild Pokémon and navigational puzzles. Morrison and Ash train here together, and it's where their rivalry-friendship fully forms. The amphitheater stadium at the summit hosts the final rounds.
A city built on a flower-terraced mountainside, with waterfall-fed canals running between buildings and the enormous white-roofed Victory Road entrance visible from miles. The Pokémon League stadium dominates the summit — a columned structure inspired by Greek amphitheaters, capacity sixty thousand. Everything blooms; the island's unique ecosystem keeps flowers in year-round bloom.
